I forgot my password, what do I do?

If your organization uses Single Sign ON for WorkTrip, please contact your organization's IT department for assistance with your password

If you forgot your password and are unable to login, you can reset your password by following the steps below:

  • On the Login page, enter your email address.
  • Click Next.
  • Click the Reset button under Forgot your password?
  • Confirm that your email address is displayed correctly.
  • Click the Reset button.
  • You will receive an email from WorkTrip to the email address that you provided.
  • Click the Reset Password button. (You will be redirected to the app.)
  • Create a new password.
    • The password must meet the following criteria:
      • Must be between 8-25 characters.
      • Contain at least 1 uppercase letter.
      • Contain at least 1 lowercase letter.
      • Contain at least 1 number.
      • Must have no repeating characters.
  • Click the Change button.
  • You can now log in with your new password.
