How do I request a role?

In the WorkTrip app, the Business Administrator is the only user role that can assign user roles to other people.

If you want to be assigned a role, you will need to contact your Business Administrator.

1. Find your Business Administrator in the People list. Roles are listed next to the user's name

2. On your Business Administrator's profile, you will see their email address, mobile phone number, office phone number and extension number.

3. Contact your Business Administrator and ask that they assign a role to you.
