How do I create and manage a travel segment?

  • Travel segments can be added through various integrations, contact your business administrator or WorkTrip Support to learn about travel integrations.
  • Travel segments can be added by forwarding the segment's confirmation email (like a flight confirmation from the airline) to mytravel@worktrip.com.  WorkTrip will parse the information from the confirmation email and add it to WorkTrip.
  • In the both the global Travel and event Travel sections of WorkTrip, segments can be added manually by selecting Add Segment.
  • You are able to manage your travel segment by selecting the segment you wish to manage
    • Select the three dot menu.
    • Select Edit.
