What is a task template?

Task templates are a feature only available to users with the Event Planner role.  They allow you to add a set of tasks to a template you can re-use.  This feature is very helpful if you have common tasks for every event you do.  You can add an entire template to an event as well as add individual tasks to that event.

Task Templates can be found in the top right corner of the global task view.

  • You can have as many templates as you need.
  • Within a template you can add tasks to the template.
  • You can also copy tasks you've previously created to the template.
