If you are not receiving email notifications from WorkTrip, there is a way to resolve the issue.


1. Go to your profile.

2. Click the menu button.

3. Click "Edit profile".

4. If email notifications is not enabled, click the checkbox [toggle for mobile] to enable it. This will resolve the issue.

5. If email notifications is already enabled and you are not receiving email notifications, please contact Support and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
