If you are not receiving email notifications from WorkTrip, there is a way to resolve the issue.
- Go to your profile.
- Click the Menu [...] button.
- Select Edit profile.
- If email notifications is not enabled, click the checkbox [toggle for mobile] to enable it. This will resolve the issue.
- If email notifications is already enabled and you are not receiving email notifications, please contact our Support and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
