The larger an event becomes, the more tedious it can be to handle and this can put a strain on you, the event creator. But you don't have to tackle this alone. When you create an event, you can assign other people as organizers of the event. These people will be able to perform the same functions as you. You can assign as many organizers as you need and they will help you manage your event.

You can also assign people as specific event contacts. For example, you can assign someone as an emergency contact, another person as a hotel contact and someone else as a media contact for your event. This will help take some additional load off your shoulders.

So whether you have an event of 10 attendees or 100 attendees, you can assign as many organizers and contacts as you need to help make sure that everything runs smoothly.
