When you submit a ticket, you will receive an email. This email will contain a link that will allow you to check the status of your ticket. When you click the link, you will be taken to a new page. This page will show you the ticket status as well as the agent working on it. You can also add a note to the ticket on this page.


Another way to check the status of your ticket is to log in to the support site using your email, Facebook or Twitter. Once you log in, you will be able to view all your current and past tickets.
