When uploading documents to the website, only certain file formats will be recognized. These formats are:

  • CSV
  • DOC
  • DOCX
  • GIF
  • JPEG
  • MOV
  • MP4
  • PDF
  • PNG
  • PPT
  • PPTX
  • RTF
  • TXT
  • VCF
  • XSL
  • XSLX
  • ZIP


*Note:

  • Documents cannot exceed 10MB in size.
  • Images cannot exceed 3MB in size.
  • Images must be at least 540px by 540px.
