If you are using the WorkTrip™ app for the first time, you will need to create a new account or have the Business Administrator create an account for you. To create a new account for yourself, follow the instructions below:


1. Provide a valid email address that is not already associated with an account.


2. Provide your first and last names.


3. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided.


4. Click the "Complete" button.


*Note: If SSO (Single-Sign On) is activated on your account, you will be redirected to your corporate site to provide your corporate email address and password.


5. Provide a password and confirm the password.

6. Passwords must meet the following requirements:

  • Between 8-25 characters.
  • Contain at least 1 upper and 1 lower case letter.
  • Contain at least 1 number.
  • Must not have repeating characters.

7. Click Submit to activate your new account.
