As the organizer of an event, there are a couple things that you need to understand to help you better manage your event attendees. There are five information segments that every attendee will have. These segments are

  1. Attendee status
    • Mobile: displayed in attendee list.
    • Web: displayed in attendee list.
  2. Event attendance
    • Mobile: combined with the attendee status.
    • Web: displayed in the attendee list.
  3. Event hotel
    • Mobile: only visible on the attendee's travel details page. [Tap the attendee name to view]
    • Web: displayed in the attendee list.
  4. Flight
    • Mobile: only visible on the attendee's travel details page. [Tap the attendee name to view]
    • Web: displayed in the attendee list.
  5. Menu buttons
    • This will change, depending on the event status of the attendee.

    • Requires hotel –
      • Organizer is not managing hotel reservations.
      • Attendees will be responsible for hotel reservations.
    • Not attending
      • Attendee declined event invitation.
  2. Event attendance
    • No registration
      • Event requires registration.
      • Attendee has not registered.
    • Arriving [date] – Departing [date]
      • Event requires registration.
      • Attendee has registered.
  3. Event hotel
    • No reservation – Book hotel
      • Organizer is managing hotel reservations.
      • Attendee requests hotel reservation.
      • Attendee has not been assigned a hotel.
    • Reservation not required
      • Organizer is managing hotel reservations.
      • Attendee does not need hotel reservation.
    • Hotel information [name, check-in and check-out dates, confirmation number]
      • Organizer is managing hotel reservation.
      • Attendee requests hotel reservation.
      • Attendee has been assigned hotel.
      • This will be clickable.
        • If a single hotel has been assigned, it will open the hotel edit box.
        • If multiple hotels have been assigned, it will open the hotel selection box. After selecting a hotel, the hotel edit box will be opened.
  4. Flight
    • No flight information.
      • Air travel segment has not been created for the attendee.
    • Flight information.
      • Air travel segment has been created for the attendee.
  5. Menu buttons
    • Assign event hotel [No hotel has been assigned]
      • Only visible when organizer is managing hotel reservations.
      • Visible for attendees who have requested a hotel reservation.
      • Visible for attendees who have not yet registered.
      • It will open the hotel assignment box for that attendee.
    • Assign additional hotel [A hotel has already been assigned]
      • Only visible when the organizer is managing hotels.
      • Only visible for attendees who have already been assigned a hotel.
    • Edit Hotel [Single hotel has been assigned]
      • Only visible when organizer is managing hotel reservations.
      • It will open the hotel assignment box for that attendee.
    • Edit Hotels [Multiple hotels have been assigned]
      • Only visible when organizer is managing hotel reservations.
      • It will open the hotel assignment box for that attendee.
    • Change event status
      • Only visible for attendees that have registered.
      • It will open the event attendance box.
    • Travel details
      • Visible for all attendees.
      • It will take you to the travel details page for the attendee.
    • Send registration reminder
      • Only visible for attendees who have not registered.
      • Sends a registration reminder to the attendee.
    • Reinvite to event
      • Only visible for attendees that declined the event invitation.
      • Will send the attendee a new invitation and change their event status to Needs to register.
    • Remove as attendee
      • Visible for all attendees.
      • Remove attendee from the event.
