SSO or Single Sign-On is a secure way of signing in to your account. Not every account has single sign-on activated because single sign-on can be enabled or disabled through the profile edit page.


To verify if your account has SSO enabled, 

  • Go to the sign in page.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click sign in.
  • If SSO is enabled, you will be redirected to your service provider's corporate site.
    • You will enter your log in credentials here.
  • If SSO is not enabled, you will remain on the WorkTrip site and enter your password.
