Features & Changes

  • Start and end date alert: if the end date of your event, agenda or itinerary is before the start date, you will be alerted to fix this.
  • Check-in and check-out dates: when registering for an event, the hotel check-in and check-out dates will default to the event start and end dates respectively.
  • Event status with no registration: when you add attendees to an event that does not require registration, their event status will default to “Attending” and the arrival and departure dates will default to the event start and end dates respectively.
  • Email footer icons: the footer icons in the email alerts have been resized.
  • Agenda item dates: the agenda item start and end dates will default to the event start date.
  • Bulk hotel assign: when bulk assigning a hotel to attendees, users who declined the event invitation will not be displayed in the list of attendees.
  • Feedback link: a feedback button has been added to the profile dropdown list. This button will take you to the feedback page on the support site.
  • Agenda item duplication: the following information has been included when duplicating agenda items:
    • Room number
    • Phone number
  • Registration walkthrough text: some of the text in the registration walkthrough has been updated.
  • Same day start and end date: if you set an event start and end date to the same day, you cannot set the start and end time to the same time.
  • Hotel info panel: the hotel information panel will be visible if an event requires registration.
  • Event time zone: start and end times will always be displayed in the event time zone. This means that if an event is created in China, and someone in New York is viewing the event, the person in New York will see the start and end time in the Chinese time zone.
  • Registration walkthrough: the registration walkthrough has been restyled and you can now navigate backwards without losing data.

Fixes

  • Hotel check-in and check-out dates are displayed correctly when creating a change request.
  • The change request page no longer displays the “(invalid time zone)” text for hotel check-in and check-out dates.
  • Editing the event registration information works properly now.
  • The change request page displays the old and new reservation dates correctly.
  • When you create a new event, you will no longer see attendees that you did not add to the event.
  • Switching between the event filters will display the correct list of events for that filter.
  • You are no longer pushed out of an event when you try to edit an attendee’s event status.
  • When an attendee declines an event invitation, other attendees will no longer see them in the attendee list but the organizer will.
  • Hotel segments in the user schedule will no longer display the “(invalid time zone)” text.
  • Submitting attendance dates in the event registration form works properly now.
  • When editing an attendee’s event status, the attendance date fields will no longer show up as blank.
  • When you delete an event, it is removed from the events list immediately.
  • You no longer receive an error when you mark a notification as unread.
  • Dates in the hotel and registration information panels are displayed properly now.
  • The registration information panel is updated immediately when you register for an event.
  • You can now view public events even if you are not assigned to them.
  • Your event is updated immediately when you make a change to it.
  • When creating an agenda item, if you click “Save” without completing the necessary form fields, the information that you provided will no longer be erased.
  • In the hotel bulk assign page, the hotel filters will display the correct list of attendees.
  • When you assign a hotel to an attendee, their event status will be updated.
  • When you delete an agenda, it is removed from the list immediately.
  • When you duplicate an agenda item, the dates and times are displayed correctly.
  • When you select a start date for your event, agenda, itinerary, the end date will default to the same month as the start date.
  • You will no longer receive an error message when selecting a start date for your event.
  • The notifications page no longer displays the text “(invalid time zone)”.
  • When you edit your mobile number, it is updated immediately.
  • You will no longer be asked to complete the language and country fields when you edit your profile.
  • You no longer receive an error when you enable push notifications for your profile.
  • The SSO checkbox is now visible on the profile creation/edit page. It will only be visible to the Business Administrator.
  • Assigning roles to users works properly now.
  • When you create a new user account, the profile is displayed properly.
  • The event map is updated immediately when you change the event address.
  • When you create a travel itinerary, the dates and times are saved correctly.
  • The change request dates in the current and history tabs are displayed correctly.
  • If you change the time and date of a change request when approving it, the updated time and dates will be displayed.
  • When viewing travel segments in the user schedule, the segment notes will be titled as “description” and not as “event description”.
  • When you register for an event, your attendance dates will be displayed properly in the attendee list.
  • If an attendee has been assigned multiple hotels, the hotel check-in and check-out dates for both reservations will be displayed properly.
  • When posting a comment to the feed, you will see the list off all the events that you are attending.
  • As an organizer, you cannot save a change request with a status of “pending”. You either have to “approve” it or “deny” it.
  • Event registration is no longer broken.
  • If you create an event that is set to the current day, it will be displayed in the upcoming events list.
  • Feed posts no longer display the “(invalid time zone)” text.
  • If you are the creator of an event and also an attendee, the event will be displayed in your calendar.
  • The homepage is now working properly.
  • Agenda time no longer displays the “(invalid time zone)” text.
  • When you make changes on the site you no longer need to refresh the page for the changes to take effect.
  • When a user declines an event invitation, their arrival and departure fields will remain blank.
  • When you save an edit while editing an event, you will be returned to the event page.
  • When you click the links in the To Do list, the pages that you are redirected to will be displayed properly.
