"I recently switched from an iPhone 5S to a Samsung Galaxy. I downloaded the WorkTrip app and logged into my account. I have had the Android device for about two weeks and I noticed that I am no longer receiving text notifications from the app. I checked my profile and the Push Notifications checkbox is enabled. I don't know what is going on."


When the Push Notifications checkbox has been enabled for your profile, the WorkTrip app will send push notifications to iOS devices or text notifications to non-iOS devices. One thing to note is that if you have the WorkTrip app on both an iOS device and let's say an Android device, WorkTrip will prioritize the iOS device over the non-iOS device and will only send notifications to the iOS device.


With that being said, if you switched from an iOS mobile device to an Android mobile device but you did not log out of the WorkTrip app in the iOS device, WorkTrip will still send push notifications to the iOS device instead of the Android device. To receive text notifications on your Android device, you will have to log out of the iOS device.
