"I accidentally assigned a hotel to the wrong attendee. How do I delete it?"

  1. Go to the event page.
  2. Tap the Manage people tab.
  3. Tap the Menu [...] button next to the attendee.
  4. Tap Edit hotel(s).
  5. Select the hotel assignment that you want to delete.
  6. Tap Delete.
  7. Confirm by tapping Delete again.

Web

  1. Go to the event page.
  2. Click the Attendees tab. [if not already on it]
  3. Click the Menu [...] button next to the attendee.
  4. Click Travel details. This will take you to the travel segment page for that attendee.
  5. Click the Menu [...] button next to the assigned hotel.
  6. Click Delete.


Note: there is no way to mass delete hotel assignments for attendees. You will have to delete each assignment individually.
