If you are using the WorkTrip™ app for the first time, you will need to create a new account or have the Business Administrator create an account for you. To create a new account for yourself, follow the instructions below:

  1. Enter a valid email address.
  2. If the account does not exist, you will be asked to create a new account.
  3. Enter your first name.
  4. Enter your last name.
  5. Tap Submit.
  6. You will receive a notification that reads:
    “Please check your email and tap on the activation link to complete sign up.”
  7. Go to your email and tap the Finish sign-up button.
  8. You will be redirected back to the app.
  9. Create a password for your account.
    • Passwords must meet the following requirements:
      • Between 8-25 characters.
      • Contain at least 1 upper and 1 lower case letter.
      • Contain at least 1 number.
      • Must not have repeating characters.
  10. Confirm the password.
  11. Tap Submit.
  12. You will be redirected to the sign in page.
  13. Your new account is ready.
