"I am managing an event that will take place over multiple days and in different towns. Some of my attendees will need a hotel in each town that the event takes place. Is there a way for me to assign multiple hotels to my attendees?"

Yes, we have now added a feature that allows you to assign multiple hotels to an individual attendee. To do this:

  1. Go to the event page.
  2. Go to the attendee list.
  3. Click the Menu [...] button next to the attendee that you want to assign the hotels to.
    1. If no hotel has been assigned, click Assign hotel.
    2. If a hotel has already been assigned, click Assign additional hotel.

Note: you can only assign one hotel at a time but there is no limit to how many event hotels you can assign to a single attendee.
