"I want to create a new hotel for the app but I am not an Event Planner. How do I request a role?"

[It is important to know the types of roles in the app.]

In the WorkTrip app, the Business Administrator is the only user that can assign user roles to other people.

If you want to be given the Event Planner or Business Administrator role,

  • Go to the People page.
  • Find a user with the Business Administrator role.
  • Go to the Business Administrator's profile.
  • The Business Administrator's email and phone number will be displayed.
  • You can email, call or message the Business Administrator and request to be given a role.
  • The Business Administrator will assign the requested role to you.
