The Report To feature allows you to grant one user visibility over another user's event activities. This means that if user A reports to user B, then user B will be able to view all of user A's activities during an event. For example, if you are a manager and you want to see what corporate events your employees are attending, what pictures and comments they are posting and what hotels they are staying at for the event, you can have the user report to you and then you will receive notifications about your employees activities.



  • The Report To feature can be found on the user create/edit page.
  • Only the Business Administrator can perform this function. You will have to contact your Business Administrator to let them know what users you want to report to you.
  • If you are assigned to report to another user, you cannot edit or change that.
  • If you believe that you have been assigned to report to the wrong user, please contact your Business Administrator.
