If you are not receiving email notifications from WorkTrip, there is a way to resolve the issue.

  1. Go to your profile.
  2. Tap the Menu [...] button.
  3. Select Edit profile.
  4. If email notifications is not enabled, tap the toggle to enable it. This will resolve the issue.
  5. If email notifications is already enabled and you are not receiving email notifications, please contact our Support and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
